March 1, 2012… The New England Quilt Museum Brown Bag Series||
 am very pleased that I've been invited to speak at the New England Quilt Museum's Brown Bag series for March, presenting my “If you Give a Quilter A Challenge” presentation. . I've been fascinated for years with Quilt Challenges - I've even run several. This trunk show will showcase the good, the bad and the twisted ways I've played with the rules along the way. March 2-4, 2012….Un-Tangle, The Relaxing Creativity Retreat
The Beachmere Inn, Ogunquit Maine
The first weekend in March, I’ll be presenting New Hampshire artist and Zentangle® author Sandy Steen Bartholomew for a weekend retreat ofclasses, relaxation and play. The Beachmere Inn is a fabulous property, right on the water where Sandy goes to write her books, and we’re all looking forward to it. March 9-11, 2012…The Red and White Quilt Retreat
Henniker House Bed and Breakfast, Henniker NH
The following weekend, I’ll be presenting my first Quilt Retreat for 2012 at the Henniker House Bed and Breakfast, At this retreat, I’ll be teaching my pattern, Lake Shore Magic which was inspired by our trip to New York to see the Joanna Rose Exhibit last March. This pattern was designed just for this retreat, using fusible appliqué rather than curved piecing techniques. The retreat is located just a few steps from Quilted Threads.
